Emptied of tourists and sightseers, Rome's most elegant square has been reconquered by the locals for dog walking, running, and sitting around and enjoying the spring sunshine. Prime Minister Conte has intimated, after a diminution of the number of patients in intensive care over the last five days, of a transition to "Phase 2" of the lockdown towards the end of April.
